If this is a maintenance emergency, please call your management office immediately. Service that qualifies for an emergency is as follows:

• Fire
• Lack of electricity
• Broken or non-working, doors, locks or windows
• Lack of heat (when outside temperature is under 50 degrees)
• Lack of air conditioning (when outside temperature is above 90 degrees)
• Lack of water
• Toilet not functioning when there is only one in the entire apartment
