Assistant Property Manager
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervise all leasing and maintenance staff
- Assist Property Manager with walkthroughs and inspections
- Attend weekly meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections
- Assist with all business functions related to operations
Help with the planning and coordination of resident events
- Assist Property Manager with all daily tasks.
Experience:
- Prior multi-family or student housing skills preferred
- Microsoft Office skills required
- Demonstrated leadership skills

Leasing Consultant
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer multi-line phone system and greet everyone who enters
the office.
- Assist office staff with receiving rent and placing work orders.
- Handle all necessary functions for showing a model, generating
new leads, closing the sale, and follow-up.
- Assist with direct mailers, follow up letters, events, and resident
retention strategies.
- Assist in conducting all functions necessary to maximize revenue
during the summer, including leasing all space, coordinating with
other departments, etc.
- Perform daily office tasks (opening and closing the office, filing,
assisting the manager with any necessary tasks).
- Perform after-hours duties as needed (i.e., attend student functions,
PR events, etc.)
- Place customer needs, requests, and follow-up as a number one
priority
- Prior multi-family or student housing experience preferred.
